Use menu separators instead of placeholder pages

Description

Some menu items are just being used as a divider for their sub-menu, and should have no page linked to them. The link "Trace Viewers" for example. These pages are usually redundant and make the site heavier overall.

https://drupal.org/project/special_menu_items seems to do exactly what we need.
