SEEK_END should be implemented to eventually support "reverse iterators".
SEEK_LAST should point to the last event in the trace.

BT_SEEK_LAST is implemented. but BT_SEEK_END is not. Leaving bug open. Removing BT_SEEK_END from iterator.h for now.
