(I am writing this from memory, sorry if I am missing any detail)

I tried to build Babeltrace 2 pre1 with --enable-api-doc without having Doxygen installed. The Makefile generated in doc/api was invalid, since it was simply missing the Doxygen-related targets, causing a simple "make" to fail.
