Description

Running reuse lint at the root of the source tree reveals many files are missing copyright and/or license information (SPDX):

Unfortunately, your project is not compliant with version 3.0 of the REUSE Specification :-(

This includes pretty much all the Makefile.am and *.m4 files as well as src/vendor/fmt/*, src/vendor/msgpack/*, and src/vendor/optional.hpp.

Note that to keep vendor files unmodified, you may use the .license or .reuse/dep5 strategies.
