Description

Allow override of /var/run directory, as will as per-user $HOME/.lttng/ directory at configure time, by environment variables, and with a sessiond command line option. This should match a similar feature in lttng-ust.

We implement this by adding the --with-lttng-system-rundir configure option.

This should take care of systems lacking "/var/run", but it does not allow multiple system-wide sessiond instances at this point.
