Description

All tests using gen event started as background task ( & in the shell ) should now use the synchronization file to ensure the test program has executed before we expect trace data to validate.

Of what I can see, I've only find two tests that was not using that mechanism AND is NOT waiting for the application to die before reading the trace data.

./tests/regression/tools/snapshots/test_ust_streaming
./tests/regression/ust/periodical-metadata-flush/test_periodical_metadata_flush

I have a fix that will close this issue automatically. But if we found more, let's reopen it but as far as I know there the only one with that use case.
