Description
The average response time of the gantt chart is 8 seconds... a bit slow.

Yep, the Redmine is running on somewhat old hardware. The git integration seems especially taxing.
Perhaps we'd need to upgrade the hamsters.

We REALLY need to update the hamster... It's quite long on my side just simply opening a new issue...
Kill the hamster!

With 75% of swap used, no wonder why the machine is so slow. We should add ram into it ASAP. 512MB is below the bare minimum we need to run a website and redmine. IMHO, we cannot do the LTTng 2.0 final release until we fix this. This is why I assign this issue a "Critical" priority.
Adding some ram should leave us some time to plan a proper upgrade of this server's hardware.
Thanks,
Mathieu

I tried feeding the hamster, but it didn't want the DDR1 food...
We'll move it to another server instead.
