Currently, the "cpu_id" context can only be used from filters, not from add-context.
Because we have per-cpu buffers, we happen to have the cpu_id available in the packet header, and we use it at post-processing. However, if in the future we introduce either global buffer support or per-virtual-cpu-id buffers, then introducing add-context support for cpu_id will become relevant.
