LTTng trace splice size could be opitimized

Description

I was tracing and noticed that lttng in splice time takes approx 40% of it's time in "wait for CPU" since it is swapping threads very often on faster systems.

I have attached an image illustrating the problem.

It could be a non-issue also and just cause by my poor understanding of the system. :)
